Icehole's came to play last night. As this was one of those games that could have gone either way. But by noticing an offensive play that Durham Radio kept doing, and then making a defensive change to counteract it. That changed the flow of the game, once the change was made the Iceholes never looked back. With the score 3 to 1 for the Iceholes, with 5:22 left in the third Mark took a shot off his right forearm that hurt him and left a nasty bump. That could have been a problem, but Mark shook it off and returned to finish the game, The bench said they were going to play extra defensive, but that didn't happen. Mark stood on his head for the final 5 minutes making numerous saves. In the end Bob scored an empty net goal to ice the victory.

Icehole's not at their best !
This game was a very fustrating one, as the puck just wouldn't co-operate for the Icehole's. They had chances but seemed to be chasing the puck/play all over the ice all game long. Keyon Drywall played well and kept pressing the play, they also used a floater all night which seemed to be a very effective strategy. In the end, the Iceholes just couldn't get anything going all game.

Icehole's Shut -Out Durham Radio
It was the best game that the Icehole's have played this year. From the drop of the first puck through the final buzzer, this one was a one sided game, the final score should have been much higher, but for a couple of great saves, a post and a few missed open nets. Mark played a stellar game in net and made an amazing save midway through the third period to keep the Icehole's in the lead.
